We rigorously apply quality controls to every aspect of the manufacturing process from raw material compliance and acceptance, to final inspection of the finished product. Each quality control step is documented and is traceable with advance computer software. This software is customized to track every stage of the component's history from design and development to final delivery.
Compliance with the inspection and maintenance requirements for MIL-I-45208 is only one of the leading aspects of the Inspection Department's quality control process. The goal of maintaining customer confidence is embodied in each inspection performed by JF Machine's quality control staff.
